1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Riwaaz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

2. Services We Offer

Riwaaz provides digital wedding invitation tools including a free card maker with 130+ templates, animated video invitation creation, and personalised wedding websites with RSVP. All orders and deliveries are coordinated via WhatsApp.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate personal and wedding details when placing orders.
• Use the platform only for lawful wedding and event-related purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.
• Refrain from spam, scraping, or any activity that disrupts our services.

4. Orders and Delivery

Video invitations and wedding websites are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or the registered email address. Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates. Riwaaz will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but is not liable for delays caused by incomplete information or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for paid services are processed via Razorpay or direct UPI transfer. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered output, contact us at support@riwaaz.in and we will make revisions as per our revision policy communicated at the time of order.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and assets created by Riwaaz remain the intellectual property of Riwaaz. Customers receive a personal-use licence for their customised invitation. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the designs.

7. Content You Provide

By uploading photos, text, or other content for use in your invitation, you confirm you have the rights to use that content and grant Riwaaz a limited licence to use it solely to create your order. We may use anonymised samples of completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you opt out.

8. Disclaimers

Riwaaz provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we take care to deliver high-quality output, we do not guarantee that designs will meet every personal expectation. Colours on screen may differ slightly from printed or broadcast outputs depending on device settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riwaaz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
